    Dear Homeowner(s),

    The Timberridge Homeowners Association, Inc., is pleased to announce that an Online/Telephonic Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, April 29th, 2021. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect One (1) new member to the Board of Directors.

    Attached you will find the Meeting Notice, Draft Agenda, Proxy, and Ballot Form. The Candidate Statements running for the Board of Directors can be found on the Association’s website located under “Homeowner” tab.

    There are three (3) ways you can vote:

      1. You may now vote Electronically on your Associations Website at www.timberridgetxhoa.com. You must be registered to the website, be the owner of record and/or the proxy in order to vote.
      2. Email your Ballot and Proxy to canderson@essexhoa.com or robert@essexhoa.com
      3. Mail the Ballot and Proxy to:

    It is important that the Ballot and/or Proxy be returned by the deadline of April 28, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in order to be counted prior to the start of the meeting. Votes cast online by proxy will not be counted until the actual proxy is submitted to Essex for verification and count.

  2. Town Hall Meeting

    We are pleased to advise you that we will be holding a Town Hall meeting on Thursday, June 7, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss key issues of interest to the community.
