Timberridge Homeowners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce a Special Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for March 23, 2022, 4 p.m. Special meetings are open session and business transacted at this meeting shall be restricted to those topics stated on the agenda. The purpose of this meeting is to address normal association business and announce the final vote tallies regarding the amendment of the Association’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the “CC&Rs). To comply with Texas State Property Code 209.0056, this notice is postmarked at least ten (10) days in advance of the scheduled meeting date.
Under the guidance of the Association’s Managing Agent the amendment to the CC&Rs has been recommended for numerous reasons. The foremost reason being addressed in this session is to update language in Article X Section 10.2 and sub-section (c) and in Article XI, sub-section 11.1.1. Revisions would include the elimination of specific language requiring the Association to pay charges such as, but not limited to, waste and recycle services.
Enclosed with this notice you will find the draft agenda, ballot, and a proxy; the ballot includes an outline of the Articles, Sections and/or Sub-sections subject to amendment and any resulting impact said amendment will have. Please note, if you vote online, your vote will count toward the required quorum for holding a special meeting. Please do not return or assign your proxy if you vote online. If you believe that you will not be able to participate in the online voting, please consider assigning your proxy to a Board Member or a Neighbor of your choice today.
There are at least four (4) ways you can vote and/or return your proxy. Please be advised, no online voting or ballots submitted after the deadline date shown below will be accepted.

1. Cast your vote online at www.timberridgetxhoa.com (Balloting begins March 9, 2022 & the deadline for casting your vote or returning your proxy is March 22, 2022 at 5 p.m.)
2. E-mail your Ballot or Proxy to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
3. Fax your Ballot or Proxy to: (469) 342-8205 Attn: Ashlea Morgan
4. Submit your Ballot or Proxy through U. S. Mail to the address located in the footer, Attn: Ashlea Morgan. Ballots and Proxies must be returned by the deadline date shown above.
We look forward to you joining us on March 23, 2022, at 4 p.m. All documentation enclosed will be posted to the Association’s website and available for viewing, downloading or print. A voting roster listing the names of all eligible voting Members will be posted on the website along with the meeting packet. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may vote and only one (1) vote per household is allowed. It is very important that all documents are returned to the managing agent by or before the deadline date mentioned above.
