  1. Notice of Annual Meeting

    Event Starts: January 31, 2023


    The Timberridge Homeowners Association annual meeting of members will be held on January 31, 2023, at 6:00 PM at the Fire Station #9 Community Room (4900 Summit Dr, McKinney) and you are invited to attend. All owners are encouraged to return a completed proxy form (attached). Returning a completed proxy will help ensure we meet the 10% quorum requirement to hold the meeting. If you send a completed proxy and then decide to attend the meeting, your proxy is automatically revoked.

    Below is the Meeting Agenda:

      1. Check-in
      2. Establish Quorum (10%)
      3. Proof of Notice of Meeting
      4. Approval of minutes of preceding meeting
      5. Comments from Homeowners (3 minutes will be allotted for each homeowner wishing to speak)
      6. Review Financial Reports (Greenhouse)
      7. Management Report (Greenhouse)
      8. Appointment to fill vacancy on the Board
      9. Comments from Directors (if any)
      10. Adjournment
