    This communication is a reminder that based on the balloting performed and the follow up virtual special meeting held on March 23, 2022, the amendment to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s”) to eliminate mandatory payment of waste and/or recycle charges for Homeowners within Timberridge was passed with the change in billing scheduled to take place as of May 1, 2022. As part of the change, each individual Homeowner will begin paying for their own waste and/or recycle services as of May 1, 2022. Each Owner will be required to contact Waste Connections to set up an account and arrange for the desired services prior to that date. Homeowners will have ability to set up Auto-Pay once all accounts have gone through the first initial billing cycle and after you have received the first monthly invoice. If for any reason payments are delayed/delinquent, Waste Connections will contact the homeowner directly. All Homeowners within Timberridge will be required to utilize Waste Connections for their waste and/or recycle services. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Lawn Maintenance Reminder

    This is a friendly communication to remind the homeowners of Timberridge Homeowners Association, Inc. that it is the homeowner’s responsibility for the upkeep of the maintenance of their lawns. Article 5 Section 5.1 states “Yards must be kept mowed, trimmed, and edged at regular intervals so as to maintain the Lot in a neat and attractive manner.” We thank you for your continued effort and cooperation in abiding to the Rules and Regulations.     This is a friendly communication to remind the homeowners of Timberridge Homeowners Association, Inc. that it is the homeowner’s responsibility for disposal of any trash/debris from their lot. Dumping on HOA common area is strictly prohibited as this could potentially add additional non-contractual or non-budgeted expenses to the HOA resulting in an increase of Owners Assessments or implementation of a Special Assessment levied.
