Pet Compliance

As the managing agent for Timberridge Homeowners Association, Inc., we would like to clarify that pursuant to Section 2.5, (d) of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, it is the Owner’s responsibility to pick up and properly dispose of their pet’s waste whenever deposited.

Pursuant to Section 2.5, (d) of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, those pets which constitute a nuisance or safety concern to the occupants of other Lots shall be removed upon request of the Board.
